Biography

Lawyer Khalaf Bandar is one of the prominent Saudi cadres in the field of law. He was honored by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Emir of the Riyadh region, on the occasion of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law with distinction with first-class honors.

He has completed many courses. Training in the field of dispute resolution. He is a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice under license No. 451399. He also distinguished himself in his exceptional legal writings by discussing unique legal topics.

He was one of the first to write about the legal description of literary misfortune, and he was credited with being the first to discuss the oil market crisis (Black April) from a legal perspective, is interested in the field of international commercial arbitration, and is a member of the most prestigious international centers concerned with commercial and investment arbitration, such as the London Court of International Arbitration, the Center for Investment Disputes Settlement of the International Monetary Fund, the Center for Dispute Resolution in the United States of America (CDIR), and the Center for Resolution of Investment Disputes of the International Monetary Fund.
